WHY VEGAN?

As a substitute for diary we use rice milk, which allows our ice-creams to maintain the creaminess and the texture of a normal ice-cream.

None of our THERAPEUTIC FLAVOURS and most of our CLASSIC FAVOURS do not contain milk. Look out on the flavors list for the symbol Ⓥ; that indicates that the flavour next to the symbolcontains no diary.

 

WHY SUGAR FREE?

Nobody likes sugar, but everybody likes sweet! That is exactly why we make our ice creams using the natural sweetener “Maltol” (rice syrup), which doesn’t contain any glucose, sucrose or fructose.

WHAT ARE OUR THERAPEUTIC FLAVOURS?

We formulated a wide range of therapeutic flavours involving the mix between a vegan base of rice milk + rice syrup and a number of specific fruits rich in Vitamins, Proteins, Zinc, Magnesium, Iron, Potassium, Antioxidants and flavonoids. All these amazing nutrition properties have a range of beneficial effects on the body, such as: reducing blood pressure, improving blood sugar control, boosting immune defences, lowering LOD cholesterol and promoting healthy gut bacteria.

 

WHAT ARE OUR CLASSIC FLAVORS?

Such range of flavors include yummy well-known choices such as: chocolate, hazelnut, strawberry, coconut and pistachio. Every flavor is produced via a controlled and hygienic process in our production centre in Battersea and we strictly make no use of any artificial sweeteners and ingredients. This gives us the chance to offer you the same traditional ice-cream taste, without making you feel guilty. Healthier ice-cream, natural ingredients; this is all we sell.

 

HOW DO WE MANUFACTURE OUR ICE CREAMS?

With our professional ice-cream equipment, using certified and natural raw materials and following pharmaceutical grade standard operating procedures. All British Fruits (e.g. Aronia Berries, June Berries, Apricot, Peaches, Apples, Damson, Rhubarb…) and all the cow milk we use for certain flavours, are supplied by British farmers. We strictly follow the requirements of the “farmers market” by which only primary products grown or farmed within 100 miles from the M25 can be used in the products we sell.

 

WHERE ARE OUR ICECREAMS MANUFACTURED?

In our manufacturing lab is in London, in Battersea.

 

WHICH FLAVORS ARE AVAILABLE?

In June 2020 we offer over 20 CLASSIC flavours and 20 THERAPEUTIC flavors. As we cannot fit these many flavours in our small stands, we frequently switch the flavours. Please ask at the counter for more information about the full list of ice creams. Before the end of Summer 2020 we aim to reach the incredible sum of 100 flavours!

On top of most of our THERAPEUTIC flavors we should be able to offer a range 140 special PROBIOTICS to add on top of your ice-cream, to make what already healthy even healthier…

 

WHICH FLAVORS ARE AVAILABLE?

Our ice-cream will soon join most home delivery mediums. In the meanwhile, you can find us every Sunday at Queen’s park Farmers’ Market and every Saturday at Notting Hill Farmers’ Market.
